Acceptance of Terms
By purchasing design services from www.reimaginestudios.net, you (“the Client”) agree to the following terms and conditions. Your agreement to these terms is confirmed upon purchase and is binding. Re-Imagine Studios - Design and Media Consulting is not at fault if you have failed to fully read and understand these policies and terms.

Creative Control Policy
By purchasing design services from www.reimaginestudios.net, you (“the Client”) agree to granting ReImagine Studios FULL creative control to use our creative direction and creative skillset to complete your design project at our discretion. With consideration of your input and ideas you have for your branding.
​
Please communicate as detailed as possible on the design forms when it comes to the service you are seeking to book before purchase. Having buyer's remorse, not liking the design style/concept or choosing to go with a different designer after purchase and the design approval process has begin is not means for refund or exceptions for bypassing revisions.

Communication and Client Responsibilities
Forms of Communication: Initial service inquiries may be made via DM, email, or text message through the business number.
After placing an order, all communication will be conducted via email only.

Use the same email thread for all communication.

No responses will be provided on Saturdays, Sundays, or major holidays.

Business hours: Monday – Friday, 10AM – 5PM.

Client Responsibilities

Provide all essential information, including textual content, photos, and specific design preferences.

Purchase and maintain website subscriptions and fees.

Secure and connect domain names and hosting.
-
Submit policies, terms, and conditions for legal compliance.

Manage back-end settings for personal and business information.
Failure to provide complete information may result in delays or additional fees.

Consultation Policy
Once the client has purchased their consultation the consultation form sent to their email must be completed before the consultation appointment takes place.
​
A 5-minute grace period is given to each client outside of their scheduled appointment time. After the grace period, if the client does not pick up or fails to give notice of tardiness. A late fee of $8 will be required before the client can be called again within 15 minutes. If the Client is not heard from within 15 minutes of the late fee, it will be considered a no call/no show. And the client will then have to reach out via email to reschedule. If the client does not respond with reason for no call/no show within 12 hours. There consultation booking will be completely cancelled without chance of purchasing a consult from ReImagine Studios ever again.

All new clients must book a consultation before placing an order:

$55 for a 30-minute discovery consultation
This fee will be applied to the service cost if the invoice is paid within 24 hours of the consultation.
After 24 hours, the fee is non-refundable and will not be applied to the service balance.

Payment and Refunds
Non-Refundable Policy: All payments made to Re-Imagine Studios - Design and Media Consulting are final and non-refundable.
Payment confirms the Client's commitment to the service as described.
Refund Discretion: Refunds are issued only under rare circumstances and solely at the discretion of Re-Imagine Studios - Design and Media Consulting.
If granted, refunds will be processed within 10 -25 business days and returned via the original payment method.

Payment Process
All payments must be made directly through the Re-Imagine Studios - Design and Media Consulting website.
Custom Quotes and Invoices will be sent via our website as well.​
​
Service Delivery Timeline
Standard Delivery: Services are completed within 5 to 25 business days, depending on the service purchased and outlined on the service description pages.
Extended Projects: Branding packages require 20-25 business days for completion.
Exclusions: Turnaround times exclude weekends, public holidays, and April 21st.
Delays may occur due to incorrect or incomplete client information.

Deliverables
Upon project completion, Re-Imagine Studios - Design and Media Consulting will provide the final deliverables in formats suitable for the purchased service (PNG, JPG, PDF, and Transparent files).
​
Proofs and Revisions
Proofs: Design proofs will be provided for review. These proofs must not be used, sold, or replicated until final approval.

Revisions
Each service includes (3) free revisions, depending on the service ordered, as stated in the product description. Small revisions include:

Color change

Photo change

Color Scheme Rearrangement

Or Removing an item

Lettering Position Change (Text Based Logos Only)

Layout Change (Web Design Only)
Each of these changes counts as a separate revision. If the Client requires a full redesign, a redesign fee amounting to 50% of the service price will apply.
Excessive Revisions: Any revisions beyond the included free revisions will incur an additional fee of $15-$35 per revision.

All designs include (3) free complimentary revisions. Any extra revisions will be an additional $15. To help lessen the chances of needing extra revisions, please be sure to be detailed when filling out your design form. Revisions are minor edits/changes to your logo such as a slight font change, color change, size, etc.
A revision is not a brand-new design.

Once you have approved of your design(s) and they have been finalized + emailed over to you, the project is now closed and cannot be edited without an additional fee. Please double and triple check that everything is to your liking and spelled correctly before approving your final design. Any requested edits/revisions after design approval is subject to an additional fee.

Redesign Policy
A redesign is when the client has requested additional revisions past the maximum changes allowed. So much so to the point where they are ultimately requesting an entirely new design concept (A new version of the same design originally asked for).

Redesigns are completed after the fee for such service is completed.
​

Marketing Policy
ReImagine Studios - Design and Media Consulting retains the right to use all completed works for portfolios, marketing, educational purposes.
​
Promotional Sharing:
ReImagine Studios - Design and Media Consulting reserves the right to share project and completed work on all social media platforms.
Project Ownership: Designs remain the property of ReImagine Studios - Design and Media Consulting until final deliverables have been provided to the Client.

Designs and Deliverables:​​ Upon full payment and project completion, ownership of the final design transfers to the Client.
​
​
Professional Photo Policy
Photo Submission: Clients must submit high-quality, professional photos or clear stock images for the best design outcome.
​
​
Project Abandonment Policy
Each order includes a 5-business-day turn-in window (Monday to Friday).
If the Client fails to submit required information within this timeframe, the project enters Project Abandonment Status:

After 10 days: Project abandonment fee applies.

After 31 days: If the fee is unpaid and no communication occurs, the project will be closed permanently with no refund issued, and the Client will be banned from booking.
If the Client pays the abandonment fee within 30 days, they will receive an additional 10 business days to submit content. If the deadline is missed again, the project will be permanently closed, and the Client will be blocked from future services.

Cancellations/Chargebacks
Due to the nature of the type of items and services that are sold, Re-Imagine Studios - Design and Media Consulting does not provide any refunds for any services or products at any time. Wanting to use another designer or having buyer's remorse is not a suitable means for a refund. If you would like to cancel an order you have already paid for and the design process has already begun, Re-Imagine Studios will not refund any of the payment already received. If the client decides to not choose any of the concepts offered, no refunds will be issued as the work has already been completed. If there are any problems with your order, please do not hesitate to reach out and get in contact with us. Any disputes/chargebacks that are brought forward will result in all information being turned over to your bank and Wix for investigation and you will be banned from purchasing from my site. In no instance of a chargeback and/or dispute may you continue to use any designs created by www.reimaginestudios.net. If it’s found that you are continuing to use any designs we created, legal action will be taken.
Any chargeback initiated will result in legal action, where Re-Imagine Studios - Design and Media Consulting will seek the maximum allowable compensation.

Irate Client Policy
Respectful Conduct: Disrespectful behavior, including cursing or aggressive language, will result in immediate project closure. All work will be delivered as-is, and no further services will be provided. No refunds will be issued, and the Client will be permanently banned.

​
Website Designs
The client is responsible for all website fees such as monthly subscription charges, app fees, etc. Re-Imagine Studios - Design and Media Consulting will provide the website design and limited product uploads only (if chosen). Website design does not include shipping fee setup or sales tax setup. The client is responsible for researching if the products/services they offer are allowed on the Shopify platform. Re-Imagine Studios is not responsible if your website is closed/suspended due to the nature of products/services the client offers.

Re-Imagine Studios - Design and Media Consulting reserves the right to leave a "website designed by www.reimaginestudios.net" note in the very bottom footer section of the website when completing any/all website designs and/or revamp.

Intellectual Property and Liability
Ownership: Upon full payment and project completion, ownership of the final design transfers to the Client.
However, Re-Imagine Studios - Design and Media Consulting retains the right to use the work for portfolios, marketing, and educational purposes.

Liability: Re-Imagine Studios - Design and Media Consulting is not responsible for indirect or consequential damages related to the services provided.
​
​
Technical Difficulties & Third-Party Apps
Re-Imagine Studios - Design and Media Consulting is a graphic designer only. Any website difficulties on the business back end or third-party apps integrated into the client's website that Stonie Studios LLC sets up once approved, and is to the client standards, it must be maintained and updated by the Client. Technical issues related to:

Website updates

Shipping configurations

Tax settings

Payment methods

3rd party app issues
must be directed to the platform’s customer service, not Re-Imagine Studios - Design and Media Consulting.

Marketing and Promotional Policy
Social Media Sharing: Re-Imagine Studios - Design and Media Consulting reserves the right to share project progress and completed work on social media.
Project Ownership: Designs remain the property of Re-Imagine Studios - Design and Media Consulting until final deliverables have been provided to the Client.

Holiday Closures
Re-Imagine Studios - Design and Media Consulting will be closed on the following major holidays:

Agreement and Terms Modification
By purchasing services from Re-Imagine Studios - Design and Media Consulting, you confirm your understanding and agreement to these terms and conditions. Re-Imagine Studios - Design and Media Consulting reserves the right to update these terms at any time, with continued service indicating acceptance of revised terms.
This policy ensures clarity, professionalism, and a productive working relationship between Re-Imagine Studios - Design and Media Consulting and the Client.

Cancelling Orders
Re-Imagine Studios - Design and Media Consulting reserves the right to cancel any order at any time for any reason. Cancelled orders will not receive a refund.
Unused designs/concepts
Any designs sent to the client but were rejected are not to be used by the client or replicated by any means. The client may only use the design(s) that were approved of, paid for and emailed over after confirmation. Any usage or replications of any unpaid designs or design concepts by Re-Imagine Studios - Design and Media Consulting will result in legal action.
Payments
All services must be paid in full before any work is begun.
Policies, Terms and Conditions are due to change at any time for any reason without notice.
