1. Terms & Conditions

Every project is custom-made for you. Once payment is received and details are confirmed, we officially begin. Policies may be updated as needed, and working with us means you’re on board with the latest version.

2. Payment Terms

• A deposit or full payment is required to secure your project.

• Work begins only after payment is received.

• Final designs will be delivered once the balance is fully paid.

• Late payments may affect your project timeline.

3. Creative Direction

We love collaborating with our clients and value your input. While your ideas guide the project, our role is to bring them to life using our professional creativity and design expertise.

4. Refund Policy

Because all services are custom and tailored just for you, payments are non-refundable once work has started.

5. Compensation

Your invoice will outline the services and costs clearly. If you request additional work or revisions outside the original scope, we’ll provide an updated quote before moving forward.

6. Confidentiality

We respect your brand vision and business information. Anything shared with us stays private and will only be used for the purpose of completing your project.

7. Client Approval

When you approve a design, it’s considered final. Any additional changes after approval will be billed separately.

8. Revisions

Revisions refer to minor adjustments (color, text, sizing, spacing, or small layout refinements).
Major redesigns (new layout, new concept, or full style change) are not included and will require an add-on or new service.)

After included revisions are used:
Additional changes are billed per revision round at the hourly rate or per-change fee, depending on service type.

 

 Final File Delivery

Once the project is approved and finalized:

• All agreed-upon files will be delivered via email or download link.

• Revisions after file delivery are considered a new project or subject to a post-delivery fee.

• Reimagine Studios retains design rights to unused logo concepts and drafts.

for Digital use (social media, website, presentations)

• Standard Logo Package: JPG, PNG, PDF (print-ready) files

for Web + small print use.

• Premium/Brand Identity Package: JPG, PNG, PDF, SVG, AI (vector)

for Full scalability, print, embroidery, signage, etc.

Note:

• Editable source files (Ai and .PSD) are only managed by Reimagine Studios - Design and Media Consulting

• (Ai Vector files) come with the Premium or Brand Identity Package.

if you request this file on a small single service, and additional cost is required.

• Mockups shown during design are for preview only and are not included as print files or initiate any printing will be done.​​

9. Client Communication

Timely communication helps us keep your project on track. We kindly ask that you reply within 12-24 hours to messages or updates whenever possible.

10. No Ghosting Policy

If we don’t hear from you within 3 business days, your project may be paused. After 10 days of no communication, the project is considered closed with no refunds.

​

11. Cancellations

• Cancel before work begins: your deposit/booking fee is non-refundable.

• Cancel after work begins: all payments made are non-refundable.

• If we need to cancel due to emergencies, we’ll communicate and reschedule whenever possible.

Both parties understand that Client or ReImagine Studios may terminate the service at any time if, for any reason, the relationship is deemed unsatisfactory by either party. Upon digital (email), written or verbal cancellation. Client is responsible for payment for all expenses incurred and any work done towards the completion of the project based on the percentage of the project completed that is determined by ReImagine Studios. Should Client cancel the project following its completion, Client is responsible for full payment as per the agreed-upon estimate plus all expenses incurred. In the event of cancellation, ReImagine Studios retains ownership of all copyrights and original work created.

12. False Chargebacks

Filing a false chargeback will result in an immediate ban from booking future services. We also reserve the right to pursue recovery of owed funds.

13. Acts of God

Unexpected life events happen (illness, emergencies, natural disasters, etc.). If something beyond our control delays your project, we’ll communicate openly and adjust the timeline as needed.

14. Right to Refusal

Reimagine Studios reserves the right to decline projects or partnerships that conflict with our core values, mission, or brand standards.

15. Promotion & Portfolio Policy

We’re proud of the work we create! By working with us, you agree that Reimagine Studios may showcase completed projects in our portfolio, website, or promotional materials unless otherwise requested in writing before the project begins.

16. Contract Agreement

For clarity and protection, all services—including brand packages and custom quotes—require a signed contract agreement before work begins.

17. Consultation Policy

All new clients must schedule a consultation with our lead designer before booking any services. This ensures we fully understand your vision, needs, and goals before moving forward.

All design work, deliverables, timelines, and transactions completed under such e-signature agreements are valid and enforceable to the same extent as a traditional handwritten signature.

In addition to online agreements, Reimagine Studios may issue an official PDF contract via a secure e-signature platform (such as Adobe Sign, DocuSign, or HelloSign) for specific projects.
This signed document serves as the formal agreement between both parties and outlines all terms, deliverables, and payment schedules related to the project.

By signing the PDF contract electronically, you agree that this method of execution holds the same legal effect and enforceability as a physical, handwritten signature.
