Cancellation Policy
To ensure a smooth process and the best possible experience for all clients, here’s how we handle consultation bookings: 1. No-Shows (Free Courtesy Consults): Missing without notice ends eligibility for complimentary calls. Paid consults will be required moving forward. 2. No-Shows (Paid Consults): Missing without notice results in a 3-month pause on booking future consultations—no exceptions. 3. Rescheduling Requests: All requests must be sent by email to info.reimaginestudios@gmail.com so they can be handled promptly and documented. At Reimagine Studios, we value both your time and ours.
