To ensure a smooth process and the best possible experience for all clients, here’s how we handle consultation bookings: 1. No-Shows (Free Courtesy Consults): Missing without notice ends eligibility for complimentary calls. Paid consults will be required moving forward. 2. No-Shows (Paid Consults): Missing without notice results in a 3-month pause on booking future consultations—no exceptions. 3.
